Welcome to Peekpot. By accessing or using our website (www.peekpot.com), placing an order, or interacting with our platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Service

Peekpot transforms your uploaded digital conversations (e.g., screenshots from WhatsApp, Tinder, Snapchat, Facebook) into printed memory books.

All products incur a £4 shipping fee.

Production and delivery typically take 8–12 working days within the UK. International delivery is available upon request by email.

3. Order & Upload Policy

All uploads must be submitted through our secure website form.

We do not accept uploads via WhatsApp or email for privacy and security reasons.

We screen all content before printing. Illegal, abusive, explicit, or threatening content may result in cancellation of the order without refund.

You must ensure you have the right to use and print the screenshots you upload.

4. Proofing and Confirmation

Once your layout is designed, you will be sent a final version to review and approve. We will only print after receiving your written confirmation.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of each product:

Orders cannot be refunded or cancelled after printing has started.

Refunds are only granted for faulty, damaged, or misprinted items, provided you contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item, with photo evidence.

6. Payments

We accept secure online payments via debit/credit card and Stripe. All prices are in GBP (£). Peekpot is not VAT registered at this time.

7. Data & Privacy

We take your data seriously.

All uploads are stored securely and only used to create your book.

No files are retained after your order is fulfilled.

8. Intellectual Property

All design templates, layout formats, Peekpot logos, branding, and marketing material are property of Peekpot and cannot be copied or redistributed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Peekpot will not be held liable for:

Misspellings or errors in user-submitted content.

Delays caused by third-party couriers.

Damage caused by incorrect file formats or unclear uploads.

10. Changes to Terms

Peekpot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
